The billing department at Ellsworth County Medical Center is available Monday through Friday to help you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your bill. We have staff members that specialize in self-pay, insurance, clinic insurance, and Medicare to meet your needs.
It is important that admissions staff have current insurance information, address, & phone number when registering at ECMC. This will help us contact you if a question arises about insurance or other information.
We understand that healthcare costs can create a burden on your finances and we are here to help ease that if at all possible. Our financial counselor is available at (785)472-3111 ext. 391 if you would like to discuss a payment plan.
We can accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards for payment and automatic bill pay is also available.
